In the year 2000, SASH’s founder Rebecca Bomann assisted her 82 year-old grandfather through the sale of his home. It was a long and difficult process, and it opened Ms. Bomann’s eyes to the need for senior-focused real estate services that were not currently available.
Combining her background and training in social work, senior care, and real estate, she founded SASH a couple years later, to provide better support, resources, and home sale options to seniors and their families. Since then, SASH has served hundreds of senior homeowners through the significant life event of their home sale, with respect, customized services, and exceptional care.
For more than 19 years, SASH has worked side by side with our network of 1,200+ elder care providers to serve older clients and their families. This network of providers, including social workers, elder lawyers, placement advisors, home care providers, nurses, assisted living directors, hospice care workers, skilled nursing directors, financial advisors, long term care advisors, and many more, refers their clients to SASH to receive the very best in senior-focused real estate services.
