I was the selling agent on a transaction with Don Gibbons as listing agent. I was extremely impressed with his thoroughness and level of professionalism. He returned correspondence and phone calls promptly and helped to facilitate an earlier close than what was on the contract. After closing my clients discovered that there was an issue with the electric outlets downstairs (it wasn't present during inspection) and he helped troubleshoot the problem which turned out to just be a tripped GFCI switch. Don cared a great deal about the transaction ending successfully for both parties.
