Our SASH Team works together in a shared mission: to provide great home sale experiences to seniors and their families every day. To us, it’s more than a job. It’s an opportunity to make a positive difference in our clients’ lives, and to assist them through a significant life step. Each Team member at SASH is empowered to go the extra mile for one another and for the families we serve.

While everyone who works at SASH come highly qualified in their specific field, we also each have a personal story about senior loved ones that we care for in our own lives. It’s why we love what we do, and why we carry out our work with such genuine enthusiasm.

Rebecca Bomann  

As SASH Team leader and the visionary behind SASH’s home sale services, Rebecca wears many hats! She continues to provide care and home sale assistance to seniors and their families on a weekly basis, as well as overseeing SASH’s operations and “start to sold” services. Rebecca is passionate about delivering to each client an outstanding home sale experience.

Dennis Brown 

With over 30 years in real estate, Dennis brings extensive experience in the many facets of real estate brokerage services. As Designated Broker of SASH Realty, SASH’s full-service brokerage, Dennis oversees all real estate activities, transactions, and contracts, maintaining SASH’s high standards through closing. Dennis is past President of Seattle / King County Association of Realtors, and was Realtor of the Year for 2012.   

Peter Gallagher

Peter has served seniors in the Puget Sound area for many years as a SASH Client Service Manager and Realtor®. As Board Member at the West Seattle Senior Center, and active leader in the Puget Sound elder care community, Peter is a tireless advocate for high levels of service to seniors and their families. His years of experience in real estate enable each of his clients to enjoy a supported, successful home sale.

Don Gibbons

A SASH Team member since 2010, Don has a true passion and commitment to serving Seniors and their Families through their home sales. As a Realtor® and SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), Don has successfully sold properties in several counties. With his deep knowledge of local markets, and his expert marketing chops, many of Don's listings receive multiple offers after just a few days on the market!

Cheryl Phelps

Cheryl has over 12 years of experience as a Realtor®, and many successful closings of homes. Cheryl oversees the details of transactions as Assistant Managing Broker at SASH, and provides her clients this same care and attention. Cheryl feels privileged to have been caregiver to several older family members, and has genuine understanding of the challenges families face with their senior loved one’s home sale.

Damien Kovacic

As a general contractor, SASH is able to provide renovation services to many seniors’ homes every year, enabling them to make the highest amount possible from the sale of their home. SASH’s renovation work is expertly managed by Damien, who has worked in many facets of construction since he was a youth. Damien oversees each step of all of SASH’s renovations, creating beautiful, high quality results.

Roman Shulyak 

Roman provides a high level of attentiveness and professionalism to every client. His “above-and-beyond” service takes many forms, and is customized to every transaction.  Roman has successfully sold homes in several counties with both buyers and sellers. Prompt communication, round-the-clock service, and creative solutions are just a few of the benefits he provides – not to mention he is fluent in 3 languages!

Kristi LaVassar

As a young child, Kristi grew up very close to her grandmother, and came to appreciate and love older adults with genuine care. She enjoys helping others, her years of experience in customer service makes her an ideal choice for clients. As a Realtor®, Kristi brings many things to both buyers and sellers: her energy and enthusiasm, her positive demeanor, and her love for helping clients achieve their goals in real estate.

She’s often the friendly voice heard when clients and professionals call the SASH Office, and she provides the careful administration over the behind-the-scenes work that enables our transactions to close smoothly. Sherry enjoys making each client’s sale the best it can be. 

Sammantha Bennett

There are hundreds of steps to a successful home sale, from the initial packing and moving to the finishing touches of getting a home listed and sold. Sammantha provides valuable assistance to SASH clients with hands-on help along the way, for the best sale outcome possible, and a hassle-free, enjoyable experience. Her energy, dedication, and versatility make her an important part of the SASH Team.
