“I’ve already told several people about SASH. I tell them that it’s the easiest, pain free way to sell and get through this kind of step. What a blessing.”
How a SASH Program Home Sale works

A SASH Program Home Sale is one requiring little work or hassle. Our tailor-made services handle every detail, so clients don’t have to experience the stress, work, or expenses of a typical sale.

It works differently for each client, depending on their unique situation. While one family appreciates SASH’s packing and moving services, another family might desire a quick closing date. A third family is relieved that they can just “walk away” from their home in its “as-is” condition, and leave the work to SASH.
In every case, we customize our services for each clients’ specific preferences, giving personalized support and assistance.

Here’s how it works:

Discovery Call: In an introductory conversation, we invite you to learn about SASH. We’ll ask questions about your home and your home sale goals, to see how we can help.

Home Visit: If SASH seems like a good option for you, a SASH Client Service Manager will visit your home. They’ll get to know you, answer your questions, and look at your home.

Offer Visit: Next, SASH returns to make an offer to purchase the home, or to manage the sale for you with our own resources. We’ll provide clear numbers in our offer, sharing market information and discussing your options.

Acceptance: Upon acceptance of a SASH offer, the documents are drawn up. Together, we design the plans to assist your family through the sale of the home.

Services Begin: SASH gets to work right away to provide resources, assistance, and guidance through each step of the home sale. Our clients confidently leave every detail to SASH’s careful management.

Closing! Celebrate a successful closing, free from the normal hassles and expense. We’re there with you, from start to sold.

SASH has been serving seniors and their families with great homes sale experiences since 2006. We look forward to the opportunity to serve you!
